In the USA, sales are more likely to show a dip from the initial 'sequestration' effects and even more pronounced next month. The Japanese market was artificially pumped up a great deal by the government incentives. Remove the government cash, the sales go down. The outlook is bad for the next few years, unless the government there gives away more cash. The US market is quite healthy in-spite of the end of the payroll tax holiday and sequester.
