I did a little searching for this and didn't come up with anything: have any of you who placed your order before the $300 price increase and bought your car after the increase went into effect gotten a rebate check yet? The Toyota rep that I talked to after getting my letter about the increase said that it should just automatically show up, so I'm just wondering if this has actually been the case for anybody.
The letter I got from Toyota about the price increase states they will mail a check 6-8 weeks after you take delivery.
Yeah, I also was told 6-8 weeks, but then again I was told it would only take 2 to 2 1/2 months to get my car. I was just wondering if anyone has actually gotten one of these checks yet.
