My new car has Bluetooth and every call I have made is in the history, yet, I cannot delete any particular call or delete them all. To do so, I have to delete the phone from my audio system. Only then is everything removed, but, I then have to reinstall the phone. Again, back to the dealer and 2 sales guys could not figure this out after 30 minutes. Is there a way to delete phone calls from my car's phone records without deleting the phone from the car's Bluetooth system??
Since the system in the car is designed to sync with the phone, that would be counter-productive. Also, how would it know to exclude those particular calls the next time it connects? Your best bet is deleting the calls from the phone itself.
That is very ironic as we did that at the dealership. Calls were deleted from my phone, yet nothing was deleted on the log screen for incomeing and outgoing calls. We tried this to no avail. Gee, the problem was not that simple. Again the guys at the dealership were stumped. Give us some credit.
you can try refreshing the address book in phone settings; perhaps that will do the trick. beyond that…not even entirely sure why you'd need this…
My first thought why ... Was perhaps a call to the girlfriend, and the wife might also use the car? iPad ? HD
