I have a 2011 prius hatchback and want to do a 2012/2013 front bumper conversion. Decided to purchase new parts from the dealer, so no longer looking.

Besides the obvious parts bumper cover and all the lights, grill etc.. will also need the bumper foam , the plastics bottom pieces you can trim to fit, but if you want factory perfect fit, you will need to purchase those pieces also. Total cost around $1000 if you purchase parts new from the dealer plus cost of getting the parts painted to match. If I had the choice to do it again, I would not do it since it does not increase the value of the car. It's a personal choice only. there is a ebay seller who sells used front painted bumpers from Japan shipped to the states for $389, it may be an alternative to save some money for you here.
