2008 Prius - replace XM radio with Galaxy S3 interface?

    I have a 2008 Prius, currently with an XM Radio unit in it. I am seriously thinking of dumping the XM bit, and remember from when I got it that there was an iPhone thing for it. Is there something similar I could use with my Samsung Galaxy S3, or an Android phone in general?

    I've got a GROM-USB2. It work well for both iPhone and Android. Just purchase the right cable. (I bought both.)

    I'd be interested in taking the XM Radio unit off your hands if it needs a home.
