Been following this site for some time. Nice wealth of knowlege on "fixes" or Mods. Purchased a 2012 Prius in March of Last year. Now have 45k on it. Very happy with mileage gains recieved since it replaced my 05 Tundra quad cab 4x4 ( do miss the truck) but not the 17 mpg I got with it. Just purchased my first set of tires for it acouple of weeks ago. Replaced the Yokohama avids with Michelin Energy Saver a/s.... So far a list of modifications I have completed: Clear Bra (3M), dark smoke window tint throughout, installed dynamat sound proofing (everywhere except roof), TRD rear antisway, Tonabe tower brace and two point underside brace, K&N air filter , vinyl seatcovers (have kids) and removed hubcaps ,installed chrome centercaps and red striping on rim of the wheels. All my savings in fuel seem to be going to these mods Hope this isnt addictive.
Pretty simple.... And lasts. I had that put on for almost a year. It red trim (plastic) edgemoulding with a 3M double sided automotive tape. It is available in most automotive parts places. Think it was less than 8 bucks.
