2013 prius package 2 are selling for $22,800 , there is a toyota dealer in MD selling package 2 for $21,400. So the offer you got for $19,000 is a great offer. I purchased my 2011 prius package 2 with 43k miles for $14500 just 4 months ago, in California from the original owner, carmax offered him $14,000 for it.
Yes, CarMax offered $17,000, said they didn’t even need to test-drive since so new - I declined on principle alone. I just got a local offer for $19,000, but wanted to run several ads and see what happens. This offer still hurts, considering price paid, investment, and condition.
