Window Tint Cost

$700?! I got Llumar CTX on all the windows for 295.00. Wait you're in Canadia, so that might be right for your area. I'm not sure. I apologize.

 

I paid $190 for mine. Suntek carbon 5 % for windhield strip, rear/back and 35 % CXP up front on a V.

 

I paid 300 for ceramic 50% all around except windshield, this is 2010, not V

I'm moving to Tucson from the Midwest, and need similar info. The dealers here don't even offer it. Some cities have ZBarts or ZTech which often offer deals or coupons. I don't know of any franchises in Tucson that offer the service and assumed I may just have to use the Toyota dealer there. Any advice from Tucsonans?

I just had my v done. Tinted 9 windows for $350. Also in Canada.

 

$700!!! I did mine for $275 Suntek CXP 35 all 5 windows beveled. I would check with other places, if they are equally as high then I guess a drive to NY would not be such a bad idea if you plan to visit some other places Check first if they can do non-NY specs, I don't know what the laws are for Toronto but the ones in NY is quite strict.

 

$100 for Viper window film on all 9 windows on the Prius C

 

I paid $350 for 3M colorstable in the back(5) and 90% the two windows in the front, Northern California.

 

$300 Suntek CXP all around except windshield. 55% front, 18% back.

 

$80 all windows but windshield here in Florida.

 

All 9 windows done $249.00.
We live in Canada but went to the US to get it done last year. It was good stuff non-metalic but I forgot if it was 3M or?????

 

User Soybomb70 got all 5 windows done last week for $215 here in SoCal. Mine was $225 last fall.

 

I am looking to try to tint my 2011 prius II myself. Looking for good quality pre-cut nonmetallic film that would last long time. Any recommendations?

2 years ago I ordered a kit off Ebay (non met and pre cut) and did it myself for our subaru outback. It turned out 8/10 and no complaints. But for our Prius I had it prof. tinted 10/10 but a lot more money. If you have tinted some before go for it ,but if not our Prius v was under 250. with non/met.tint.

 

I just received a quote for $149 for Llumar and the installer is coming to my house to do it. I think I am only doing 30% all around. I live in Florida but I park in a parking garage for work all week.

 

$189 at Tint by Day in Santa Rosa, CA. They have done both our Prii for that price.

 

That's terrible! I bought a groupon for $85 and had all windows except windshield done at a local place. Top notch job, way better than I could have done.

 

Every window but the front windshield for $210.
5% in the rears and hatch and 50% on the fronts.
The V cost a bit more due more glass area thus more film.
It was only $180 on the little C + $20 for a windshield band.
