Just flew up to NJ to take advantage of the fantastic $6500 rebate on the 2012 Prius Plug in Advanced being offered in the northeastern states. Sale price was $37,751 from Toyota of Turnersville in Turnersville, NJ. Add in a $6500 rebate from Toyota Finance with 0% financing and I walked away with an amazing deal. With my $2500 federal tax rebate, the deal is even better... $28,751+tax!!! They have 4 more available as of this morning, so call Morgan Pace the internet sales manager if you are interested. BTW the Toyota Financial rebate on the regular Plug in Prius is $2500.
I hope you DROVE away with an amazing deal. NJ is a long way from Texas to walk! Must be a lot of advanced models left in the northeast to bring out those kinds of incentives. You got a great deal.
Is this still going on? I don't see any sort of cash incentive/rebate on the PiP at Toyota Dealerships - New & Used Car Deals & Special Offers | BuyAToyota.com if I put in the 08012 zip code.
Actually I'm having it trucked back to TX....and its still a great deal. Yes the deal is on till Feb 4th, or earlier if they sell out of the 2012 inventory. Call Morgan and tell her Ravi referred you!
I'm looking into the PIP and I wonder if people realize that the tax rebate is non-refundable. Meaning if you normally get a return on your taxes, the rebate means nothing. The only way it would help is if you actually owed taxes. Seems that if you purchase, you would then want to take less federal tax out of your check to get you near $2500 in tax liability to take full advantage of the credit. And while you get no return for next year, your take home pay would be larger over the year. Anything I'm missing here? Hi one question, on what price was the tax be calculated, is it on the 37751 price or 31251 after applying the 6500 subversion cash? thank you, Regards
