Looks an interesting project. I find the quality of Toyota plastics in general to be excellent (and the fit tolerances) but with all those clips it is no wonder that there is the occasional rattle and squeak! I plan to do this one day on mine. With the UK Toyota European technical information on here Toyota Service Information one can obtain a 1 hour subscription for 3 Euros but for a day it is 16 Euros. It is a very good resource though IMO
