Hello all. My wife and I (and our two kids) are looking to make our first hybrid purchase. We have our eyes on the Prius v Five. It's that perfect combination of gas mileage and cargo space! This looks like a great place to collect information and ask questions. Look forward to becoming a true hybrid newbie in the coming weeks!!

Noticed lots of taxicabs in DC using Prius last time I was up. They buy for long term reliability. Here in semi-rural NC the v is selling very well based on the number I see.
