So Wednesday I'm working on something when in comes an e-mail from one of the operations staff leads . . . "we need <something> report right away!" Attached is a list of 11 centers but only 4 device names filled in. . . . . What??? You can't fill out the list but want an instant report?? Adding insult, only one of the devices had data and it was a 'flat line.' By Friday, I turned over to the instigator, a shell group, "Freds_HOF_project", and taught him how to use it: "Freds" is the operations guy's name who insisted this was the highest priority task "HOF" - ". . . Highest priOrity First . . ." and not "Hair On Fire" "project" is what this nonsense effort was about Bob Wilson
