Came out to my car this morning and noticed the mirror was missing. I have been looking around, but don't know what exact part I am looking for (i.e. just the glass, whole assembly, etc.). I was wondering if anyone on here based on the picture I have attached could tell me what part I am looking for, thanks for any help.

This may be it, I searched using my VIN. You didn't mention the year of your Prius and I don't know if they changed or not, so you should check it out using your own VIN or give them a call.

Thanks so much. My Prius happens to be a 2010. Is this part just the glass of the mirror, or is it also the black backing to the mirror?

Also, would you happen to know if this will "snap" together?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm new at servicing my own car.

Questions are no problem that's what sites such as this one are good for. :)

The parts site didn't really say but I assumed it would be only the glass due to the price, you could give them a call or an email and ask to be sure. My car is also a 2010 so the number should be good.

I have never replaced mirror glass in my Prius but I did put new glass in both mirrors of my pickup, I used epoxy and a clamp to hold the glass in place while the epoxy cured overnight. They are still in many years later so it worked.

You could just go to an auto glass place and have them do it, they might get you a better price on the glass as well.
