If so, what do you do to make it work correctly with the new wheels? I think its the tire pressure monitor...

You didn't install the Toyota air pressure monitoring devices (tpms)
I put electrical tape over the flashing light, and I self monitor the air pressure

I think it was installed. It only went on after maybe 600 miles after the car had new wheels. Maybe the air pressure is actually really low even though it doesn't look like it... lol

So if I fill the air up, the light automatically goes off or do I have to do something to reset it?

Check your owners Manual, there's a button under the dash in front of the driver, if the sensors are present it should reset.

If you have new sensors, they have to be reprogrammed. If they remounted the old sensors, then the reset may work.

Well, like I said earlier, this worked for hundreds of miles before the light came on so I suspect it just needs air. Correct me if I'm wrong but if it needs to be reprogrammed or there are no sensors at all, that light would have lit up immediately after the wheels were installed, right?

Might take several miles, but should not take hundreds as far as I know.
