Although the Plus kit looks good, it's too much money to still have a conservative stock look for me.
Can anyone comment on fitment of the 5axis kit? I was thinking about going stock since i prefer a more conservative look, but I saw a 5axis kit on a prius on the street today and it didn't look half bad. With some extra cash I think it would be worth it, I'm just concerned about gaps and poor fitment since it's not an oem part. Are the parts on the 5axis kit flexible polyurethane? They're not fiberglass, right?
Pip is the same bumper as all 2012 Prius.. If u find a kit that replaces entire bumper u r fine.. There are just very few lips out there for the 2012 bumper.. U have to understand that it is fairly new
When I inquired with Five Axis about their kit, they said that everything fits except the front portion because the bumper is different on the 2012 PIP vs 2010+ regular Prius.
Google 2012 Prius front bumper.. All of them will look the same.. PIP bumper is different from regular Prius in only two ways.. It has a chrome strip on it and where the license plate goes is actually silver.. On all other prius it is black.. These changes will not affect how any lip is mounted on ANY 2012 Prius..

I think he meant that the plus is the only option for 12+, but 5axis and plus are both available for the 2010-11. I'm still trying to choose.
Well the Prius plus is more aerodynamically efficient. Made for the car, its also crash test proven as well, and well fitment cannot be beat.
