I appologize if this has been hashed over a lot, but I didn't find much in search and havn't been here in a while. Aren't PiP owners suppossed to get a free oil change at 10k? And if so, do I have to go to the dealership where I bought the car?? I'm hoping that I might be able to just use the local dealer, rather than drive the several hundred miles to the place where I bought the car (4/2/12) in a "group deal". radio
Toyota Care covers all factory recommended service for two years or 25K miles, whichever comes first. Any dealer can perform the service. Your car should have had a tire rotation and fluid level check at 5K miles, also free.
The work done under Toyota Care is stored in a centralized database under your VIN, so any Toyota dealer can perform the work and get reimbursed by Toyota. There is also a user web under toyota.com where you can track the work done on your car.
