The wife wanted a new Fusion '13 and so at the beginning of October, we bought the 2.5L SE non-hybrid model for her. We are getting 30mpg, closer to 31mpg so far on it. We have had to take the car in twice so far. Once for the headlight recall for being a source of fires, and secondly 2 weeks ago because the key fobs both quit working. The car was in for nearly a week for the latter issue and the dealer was in contact with with Ford Engineering trying to remedy the issue. Our Fusion has seen it share of the dealer so far too with just under 1500 miles on it.
Ouch! I got up the nerve to attack the car today with a wrench. Pulled out a plug to inspect it with 1300 miles on them.
