    Ok I have time to post again!

    I tapped a green wire in the black plug for +12v, and grounded the - to a screw inside the console area. I used white, but the Iphone photos look blue... Its much more stock looking than the photos make it out to be. I would like to see how it would look in green, any color EL wire could be used. There is a slight audible hum from the inverter, but not too bad. I could probably put together some kits to ship to people at the cost of materials if any one would like to give this a go.

    That looks nice. It isn't too bright. But, when driving at night I like the dash lights to be really dim. It is a distraction for me.
