So pissed got rear ended last week while stopped at intersection. No air bags but the safety connect sensed the collision automatically and the operator called the car and the police! since there were no injuries, the cops didn't bother. Dealer has on site body shop rep who quoted a bumper replacement and some other stuff
Are you pissed at Safety Connect or the cops? This is pretty typical, especially with the budget cuts, and if they have higher priority calls at the moment.
actually at the driver who admitted she wasn't paying attention and glided into me! and glad to know the safety connect response was so quick. around here, the cops' response is no surprise given budget issues (pension obligations etc)
