Curious about age of Prius owners

I noticed, the closer you drive towards the middle of LA the average age of Prius drivers seem younger. Places such as Santa Monica or Melrose the Prius drivers are young and places such as Southern Orange County or bedroom communities have older Prius drivers.

I'm 33 going on 34 this thursday.

 

I'm 23, almost 24.

 

Maybe that explains it, although I'm in western OC on the border of LA county. But I do live right up the street from Seizure, er, Leisure World of Seal Beach. I swear, I hear sirens every couple hours heading that direction. The furthest north I go in LA on a semi-regular basis is either the Staples Center (for hockey games), or El Segundo (old movie theatre). The furthest south I tend to go in OC regularly is Irvine, although I will be travelling to Lake Forest more often once I have my Prius (best friend lives there). Usually you'll find me somewhere between Los Alamitos/Seal Bech and Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley.

 

Looks like you have to be so old to afford it, then if your older than that, your not into the fandangled bells and whistles and the older folks just like thier old besty?

Pretty smooth progression up and down the scale.

 

Hmmm...did I notice that jack06 and Windstrings talked a lot but never posted their ages?????

I am 49 and my daughter is 29, she is the more adult one between us.

 

what we want to post our age for?.... I'm old enough that I wish I were younger.

Hey! Let's not get into age stereotyping again. I'll be 80 this summer and I'll never tire of bells or whistles.

BTW, my challenge is still open: Any older Prius drivers?
