I have a Blizzard color and those clear patches are starting to get dirt around the edges and makes my baby look bad. Are they hard to remove? I would get new ones to replace them with but don't want to harm the paint removing them.

Are you referring to 3M film?

I believe he is, just go and ask a body shop to do it if your uncertain on the removal, they've probably got a special fluid for 3m removals etc...

Yes, the 3M film. I'm sure its not that much $ to get them at the dealer but I don't want to spend the $ to have someone else do it.

I'd suggest first trying to clean the dirty areas. Take some wax and try rubbing the dirty areas with a cloth, or an old toothbrush if necessary. You might get it clean, or clean enough to not have to bother replacing the pieces.

If not, try applying some heat with a hair dryer and peeling the pieces off.

It only suggested that if you we're unconfident to remove them yourself. There's some things that I'd like to leave to a pro rather than try myself and bugger it up

If it is 3M, it will peel off quite easily. Then you take a bit of polish on a rag and give it a good wiping to remove the residue.
