Thats why I went with black. Yeah it may absorb more sun but its to protect the dash and it matches black is black. I didn't think a silver or lighter color would look right on the dashboard.
I used the Velcro it came with. Black looks nice from the pics I've seen. Don't regret it, you'll like it.
Yes I agree. It matches way better than the other colors lol. So I did go with black now my only problem is getting it to stay WITH OUT THE VELCRO.

I just ordered the black tech dash mat from Dash Care. Was about $50.00 with shipping. I hope I like it ok. My GPS suction gave out and fell two inches from the windshield and put two cuts in the plastic much to my surprise. I thought I might find a way to protect the plastic dash a bit. Hope it looks ok!
It looks great and the best part for me was I didn't have to stick the velcro on there it just lays on the dash perfectly! Doesn't move around either keeps the dashboard clean too!
I believe that you will like the mat. This is the second car that we have had one for. I only used two small strips of velcro on the C dash. Could have gotten away with none but was trying to get a wrinkle out of the thing. We find it very functional as well as improving the looks of the dash. It is not for everyone but we do like it. Dan
