They're claiming updated Pandora and iHeart Radio libraries, and improved charge management app. I don't see any difference in the charge management, maybe it's a performance improvement.
I was happy to see an updated Entune app for the Android but was quickly disappointed when I opened the app and did not see any improvements. I was hoping to be able to STOP or schedule a charge with the app like they have it for the Rav 4 EV. I'll have to test the Iheart Radio and Pandora tomorrow and hope they atleast improved the speed. So far it looks like they fixed their icon by removing it from Android notification bar.
I dont understand why people use the pandora app...audio quality is crap! I just connect via bluetooth and use the phone app.
I have an Advanced with a Note 2 and the Pandora quality is very good. The reason for using the NAV instead of the phone itself, is so you don't get a ticket. Touch your phone = get a ticket ... touch your nav screen all day long = no ticket
It doesn't run at 50% CPU utilization in the background on the iPhone anymore! No more manually closing the app to save battery.
I haven't seen any difference...I was hoping that the iphone5 would finally connect wirelessly with my Entune in my Prius....no luck! Makes me miss my Droid!
About two weeks ago my iPhone started connecting wirelessly to entune via Bluetooth. It was after I installed the new iOS and the updated entune app.
There was another post here that details how to do this. Basically it works by using the wireless hotspot mode of the phone.
