I have package #9 and on the steering wheel controls on the right hand side, there's a button with person speaking. Just above the telephone buttons. Where in the manual explains this function? I'm looking everywhere and can't find a thing! Maybe it's because I've been looking through the whole manual and my brain is fried and my eyes are bulging! Help please! Or if someone can explaing to me. Thanks in advace!!!
uh I believe that button is for the voice dialing feature which can be used to dial #'s and other neat stuff. Basically you hold it down and say certain commands that get the car to respond. It should be in the manual somwhere.... check any booklet that covers how to use your DVD navigation system.
I didn't know it would voice dial, but you can tap it, wait for the beep and then say "home" and should route you there. There is another post where someone said "hummer" and it routed the car to banks, so I would not call it reliable.

Perfectly reasonable: You have to rob a bank to buy and operate a hummer. So when the guy said "hummer" the NAV routed him to a bank. I wonder if the NAV is smart enough to know which bank has just received a big shipment of cash.
