I had front end accident, airbags deployed. I fixed the car, had to disconnect the traction battery and 12V battery while body work was done. I plugged both back in and the car wont start. Battery is charged. I had to replace the park position motor because it was stuck in neutral. I can get N and P. The ready light will NOT come on. Any suggestions? The connections are good on batteries. I tried jumping it, its not the 12V battery.

The HV disconnect safety plug has to be slid into position after insertion or a Prius will not go into "Ready".

The safety plus is pushed in and slid to the right to lock position. No codes on OBD2 either. When I try and start all lights light up on dash but no ready light. I shift to D it goes into N and says on dash when tryin gto start push park. I put it back into park same thing.

brake switch good. Light turns green on power button when brake pressed and brake lights work. I did replace the sks module and key from a used car because I had no key when I bought the car. it locks unlocks but maybe that has something to do with the immobilizer?

I put in new battery, still no luck. I swapped the sks module with my other prius and found that the other car did not start either. So it most certainly the sks module or immobilzer. I am having a key guy come tonight and program a new key. I will see soon.

Curious, when you start the car, did you make sure the break is press before you start the car?

Try and get someone to scan the car with the factory diagnostic tool "Techstream" software. You won't see all the possible errors (especially the hybrid specific stuff) with a generic OBD2 scanner.

The fuse most likley blew because of short during body work/accident. We see a lot of body shops bring the prius's through our doors due to simple situations like this. Glad you found the issue.
I have a recommendations for you. It may be wise to carry some spare fuses in case there is some short to ground etc... that happens over bumps or turning etc... due to a damaged wire or connection. If the fuse blows again at least you have the option of limping to a shop or home for further inspection.
