OK, the default operation on a base PHV is when you have the smart key on you and you come up to the locked car and touch the drivers door handle to open it, it will only unlock the drivers door. This is inconsistent with what I was used to on my 08, when I open the drivers door, I want all doors to unlock at once. I looked in the owners manual and it appears I need to have the dealership reprogram that. Well that's an annoyance, is there another way to accomplish this change? It is not in the touchscreen menu (although I did see the remote fob 2-stage unlock option there). Thx.
OK, disregard, I found the right combination of search keywords and found my answer. Just press and hold both unlock & lock on the fob for about 5 seconds. I wonder why the owners manual suggests I need the dealer to do that? Oh well.
Owners manual does actually say how to do this (page 117). Not very easy to find. I wish the manual was better organized, had a more clear index.
