Sold my prius so I won't be needing this. Selling this to partially fund my new hitch so i can transport my mountain bike. Bought it last year. Pick up locally in Los Angeles for SOLD.
No it does not. I now have the v and from what I read is interchangeable with the gen iii. Hence the sale.
it is a 1.25" hitch. I don't know if there is a 2" version for the prius. I just used it for a bike rack and not for towing. i've attached pics of the hitch before the install and how it looks with a bike rack. bike rack not included.
