Wipers: poor performers

I have a 9 month old Prius V and just recently replaced the wipers. I had the same streaking problem as other. My local WalMart had a number of different replacement blades. I went with individual Bosch hybrid blades--26 driver and 19 passenger. They did not have the rear blade even listed.

 

Toyota swapped out both the front wipers as well as the rear. This time they did the metal holders as well as the rubber pieces. Seems to be a lot better. They did this at no charge. Also, put some RainX on my front windshield. That seems to be a decent combination in keeping things clearer.

 

i changed the wiper blades after two months, i went to walmart and purchased RAIN-X LATITUDE. what a difference !!!

 

I just changed mine. Bought the Bosch Icons and the OEM baldes easily snap off the arm and the Boschs snap right on. Quite easy! However, Bosch does not make the 11 inch for the back - so I had to use Trico ExactFit. That required replacing the whole arm - but again very easy to do - the directions are on the Trico package.

 

try the Bosch Icon - they are the best - mine clean clear with the first swipe and every swipe. all 26 inches.
