Keeping the car on when not driving?

The same thing happened to me. I was pumping air while charging. The car kept shutting down to conserve energy.

 

yup, it does that when you're charging. Found out that during the summer charging at the free charge point locations sitting in my car while it was charging. I listened to Pandora on my cell tho. to pass the time

 

get a speedlock override.....then you can do all those greyed out settings and address's when in motion. Even watch a slideshow on the fly

ahhhhh..... don't think it solves the using accessories while charging problem

 

why would the car shut off after two minutes? have you tried it while not charging?

 

yup, works fine when not charging/plugged in

you can also do that while not charging. i think he just wanted to know if there was some way he could program in addresses.

 

yeah.....you can.....but you gotta be quick....because the car shuts off after 2 minutes or so

well, it either shuts off, or, it doesn't.

 

shuts off when plugged in, when you have nothing else to do but sit in your car, twittling your thumbs

If you want the car to be on for longer period of time, you gotta unplug it. Can't charge it and have the car on for a long time it seems.
