my name is John, and I'm a Prius owner. Just bought a 2012 Prius Three last night. This forum was invaluable in helping me decide to purchase, and has been a wealth of information in my first hours as a new Prius driver. So just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks! I still have a lot to learn but so far I am very much enjoying it. I've been a long time Saturn fan, owned 3 including a 2006 Ion with over 200,000 miles on it (yeah, I drive a lot!), which unfortunately was totalled in an accident last week. Since Saturn doesn't exist anymore I had to switch it up. I hope Toyota treats me as well as Saturn has. Thanks again and I look forward to participating more in this forum in the future.

I did lurk there some, especially back in '06, but didn't really post at all. I can't promise I'll be much more active in this forum, but I'll try. Depends how long the "honeymoon" phase of the new car lasts!
Haha. Well heres something I noticed; Im over here A LOT more than I ever was at saturnfans. But the reasons I visit either forums are much different - My L's were always giving me problems, or I was getting constant notifications from the forums over at the saturn site of people making threads with all kinds of their broken car issues! Over here, I find that Im not posting because Im having constant problems...lol. I dont get constant notifications about others problems either. I usually check in just to make sure the notification system didnt go down because I dont really get a lot of emails from people making threads with all their car problems like over on saturnfans! Plus the PriusChat group is much more fun!!
