Recall on water pump and steering shaft

    The water pump went out on my 2007 Prius about 6 months ago, and cost me
    a couple of hundred dollars to repair. At the time, the service guy was not surprised, as he said there was a bulletin out and they had seen a bunch of them go out. NOW they're recalling them. Anyone have any thought on how to get my money refunded?

    The link might be relevant to all Toyotas, but the OP posted in the C forum and is not driving or referring to a C. Like Ashley, when I saw the thread title in the C forum it got me worried... then I realized he had posted in the wrong place.

    Probably new users aren't paying enough attention to realize there are different forums for the different Prius models. Shrug. Gives the moderators something to do ;-)
