Most of the movie has been restored, but the one thing they couldn't find was what's called the Spider Pit. At it's premier, the part was considered so gruesome, that it was cut-out and tossed. From what info could be found on the original, Peter Jackson, the producer of the latest version of King Kong, has recreated what was lost. Here is the recreation.
