I have a 2002 Prius with 143,000 miles on it. All bars on the fuel gauge blink on and off constantly, the seat belt reminder, open door warning, and headlight indicator do not work. I checked all fuses & load tested the battery. Has anyone had a similar issue?

I have not had experience with this particular issue but it sounds like your instrument panel assembly has a bad connection within, if you are sure that the fuses are good.

I suggest that a proper fuse "check" requires you to remove each fuse, one at a time, and use an ohmmeter to verify continuity.

buddy77, have you gotten this issue resolved? I have the same issue and am not sure where to start.

I disconnected the 12v battery for 10 minutes & that solved the problem.
