Put gas in the PIP for the first time since I bought it two weeks ago.

I traveled 630 miles and it had two bars left on the fuel display- it took 7.5 gal to fill up.

When I looked at the 'miles till empty' display it showed 537mi.

I just drove 630mi with two bars left in the tank- and it's calculating only 537mi with a full tank?

Is it not taking into account the (approximately) 30% EV driving I'm doing whe calculating the estimate?

The miles to empty has no way to know how many times you charge your battery, so miles to empty will be total gallons of gas plus one full charge. Then when you drive in EV miles to empty goes down by how many miles you drive in EV, the next time you charge the miles to empty goes up by EV estimated miles.

No, it isn't. Distance to empty is an estimate based on the fuel, both electric charge and gasoline, currently in the car. It would not include any EV range beyond the current EV miles, just as it would not include any gas range from future fill-ups.
