I got my clear bra put on buy a guy in Belmont. He was reasonably price and did a great job....that is...if thats what you're asking about.
I went with Invisiguard. On yelp they're listed as being in the city, but they moved to Belmont. I had my windows tinted and a clear bra put on at the same time. I think they did a pretty decent job. Once the weather clears up and i get my mud guards installed, i'll post some pics.
I'd give Steve at Advanced Vehicle Outfitters a call. I've had him do two Priuses and a Ford Escape Hybrid and have been very pleased with the results each time. My plug-in has a full clear bra on front including the entire hood. You can tell him Leo with the Prius in San Jose referred you. They don't use computer cut patterns, so you don't get all the visible seams a lot of other places give you. http://avoclearbra.com/
It was about $900, all 3M/Venture Shield film including the side mirrors. Not inexpensive by any means, but considering what Toyota charges for just a hood strip pretty good. I've had my Ford for over 5 years now and it still looks great, especially since he covered quite a bit of chrome on the front of that one. The other shops (Premier was one) I contacted at the time wouldn't touch the chrome.
I paid around 650 for mine (cash), but it only goes up 24", which isn't too bad given how short the prius nose is. I'm pretty happy with it but 900 for full coverage seems like a good deal. Are you going to stick your green sicker on top of your clear bra? Or put it in the window?
I "followed the rules" and put the sticker on the front over the clear bra but put a good coat of carnauba wax on the bumper/film before doing so. For the back stickers I cut some PPF to match the sticker shape but slightly larger and stuck them to the car first so when the time comes the green stickers will come off cleanly without trouble. They turned out pretty good so in hindsight I might have done the same thing for the front as it might be easier to get that front sticker off later, but who knows. Just seemed crazy to put PPF over PPF then a sticker over that.
Buy 3m scotch guard clear bra, 8mil with very high puncher strengh, and make sure you buy the pre-cut version and DIY! Its easy, I done with for mine full front and then purchased extra for rear bumper on Amazon.com
