I always wanted the dark grey when in process of buying my RAV4, so I figured I was just going to get a grey PIP. But when I spotted the pearl white, I changed my mind pretty quick, and once I convinced the dealer to drop the surcharge for this color, it was a done deal. Don't regret it at all, the car looks like a space ship.

Sea Glass is nice subdued classy color and I like more the longer I have the car. It doesn't show the dirt and not everyone else has it.

I got the sea glass pearl since going hybrid == going green.

I went with the Clearwater Blue Metallic as blue happens to my favorite color. However, I was pretty disappointed in all the color choices, even the Clearwater Blue Metallic. I too would've much preferred the darker Nautical Blue, but that color was only available in Japan. I had a 2005 in Seaside Pearl, which also was a blue. I always felt that that blue was pretty light, but compared to the Clearwater Blue Metallic, it's much darker.

Got silver and like it. Looks great with dark gray interior. Replaced our black 2005 Prius. Wish PiP came in nautical blue, but so glad I went with PiP instead of Prius Four like I had originally planned.

I got the sea glass pearl and I love it more and more I look at it. Only 400 some miles into it!

Already had the Winter Grey model, and didn't want two. The decision here was between blue and green. Never considered Black or White - just too plain.

The blue is a different enough shade from other blue cars to make it a standout in most places.

I also wanted Nautica Blue, went with Winter Gray Metallic.
    Very happy with it.
Imagine how many Nautica Blue owners would've been there compare to other colors if it was offered.

Our old car is a blue 2006 Prius - it still looks cute but they are everywhere. The sea glass is a beautiful color (and I've only seen two others in six months) - and, although it sounds like a negative, I like that it sometimes looks green and sometimes looks blue. Have fun picking - since it seems like a buyer's market now.

Seaglass Pearl. I like the color very much. I thinks it's very cool that it can change color in different light. I tell people it's special "adaptive paint" that is blue when you're running in EV mode and green when in hybrid mode.

Always love white cars. They tend to hide imperfections better and stay looking cleaner especially in the winter in the north east.

I love the Clearwater Blue I got Pip Base. Doesn't show dust and I've had dark blues and grays before. The dealer didn't have any other light colors except White which I don't like. It might have been a tricky choice picking between Sea Glass and Clearwater Blue but I'd say I'm very happy with my choice.

The thing I noticed right off the bat which I'm rather sensitive to is how much quieter the 2012 is and so far (knock on wood) not a single annoying vibration/rattle regardless of speed or road condition--so far. One of these days someone will come out with a glareshield to fit the smaller Nav display and I can hide the yellow 'starting/stopping & shifting' instruction cardboard.

I went with the WGM. The color was very close to the color of my last VW, which was the only thing I liked about it.

I had to search to find my Winter Gray. Just did not like the other colors offered.

My 2012 Prius Five was BP- really like that color. Looks even better with the Euro-style black mud flaps. When I decided to trade the Five in for the PIP- I was already pretty much set on BP again- unless it wasn't available. Luckily, the dealer had a BP PIP on the lot- made the deal Thursday evening, picked up the PIP Sat morning.
Funny thing is- when the wife got home Sat evening- she said- 'what happened- I thought you were getting the new car today?'.... :)

I decided on Classic Silver Metallic, and am happy with it - my other top choices included Sea Glass Pearl and Winter Gray. I leaned towards CSM because of the silver accents of the PIP - with CSM, the accents blend in with the rest of the car to give a standard monochromatic look.

Never ever get white or black. It shows dirt in a instant. Although both colors are great when very clean and waxed both will show dirt very quickly.

I disagree. I've owned cars white, black, and colored. I've found white in particular to look clean when not - black as well.
For my PiP, I've opted for white not only b/c I like it, but b/c I hate how dark cars get so hot when left out in the sun - even for an hour or so.

I went with silver. Some silvers are a little dark for my taste but the Classic Silver is quite light and shows up to other drivers well. It is really a nice silver and does not look dirty. Looks very cool with rain beads on it! Have the dark interior. I just ordered the brushed chrome lower door moldings and think it will fit well.
