The Cooper CS4 is a decent tire but it is not very fuel efficient. Your call if you want to keep them. /)
Use 'em as fire starters Barcelona Red is also a nice looking color. The chrome Lower Door Moldings look good on that color too. Mike
I just bought a certified pre-owned 2010 Prius II with 54k for $15,500...don't know if that helps. DROID RAZR ? 2
Take a look at the drivers side handle in the ceiling. Pull it down. Do you see a smiley sticker where it hinges that was covered up by the handle when it folds back up to the ceiling? Mike
Yes. We put those smiley stickers in all the rentals we drive. We have rented many Prius in the past few years. Mike
$20,000 too much for a 2010. For that price by a brand new 2012 Prius II, you will not regret it.....
WOW ! That's what I paid in 2010 brand new for the exact car .... I'd say that car is at least $3K too high in price for a car that's going to be out of warranty soon. If you haven't already done the deal ... I'd seriously look at a new one for a little more, with advantageous financing and a brand new car and warranty. REV
Guys, I appreciate all the replies... BUT...here's the thing..I do not want to buy a II, I am looking at a III or higher for a decent price...
You do realize that a 2012 II will have all the features of a 2010 III with exception of Nav. If you want a dumpy Nav, then get a "base" 2012 III, which is likely to run you only 4k more. iPhone ?
2010 model III comes w/a JBL stereo though. 2012 model Two doesn't, but yes, IIRC, other than that, the 2012 model Two has generally a superset of features of the 2010 III. On the 2010 III, you couldn't even get USB or Bluetooth A2DP music streaming unless you also bought nav, yet both of those are standard on 2012 Prius Two. Toyota Vehicles : Toyota Announces Prices for 2010 Prius / Toyota was the model matrix for the 2010 and 2011, but USB wasn't mentioned there yet (came a bit later in the 2010s).
Yeah, been looking for the past week...I keep trying to tell the forum that around me, even to 150mi radius there arent that great of deals with miles and features I want. Thats what I have been trying to say, and yes its only 4k more but I really dont want to buy a new one either...I am confident that I can get the price into the 19k range which I feel is fair considering the condition of the vehicle.. I went and looked that the one near me and it is mint, the body is free of dents and scratches and what scuffs there were on the drivers side skirt they are taking care of.
Don't worry about the forum, go buy what you want. In the end, a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I've gone well over book on some of my previous purchases when I've found "the one". It's difficult when you are trying to find something specific used, you don't have the luxury of ordering it how you want. I think the cheapest Prius within 100 miles of me that has nav is a 2010 III with 54k miles on it for $19200.
Yeah, I understand what everyone is saying but the Prius market is going nuts out there...I dont know if everyone else is seeing it but all the ones that I went to look at have been either sold the day before or a deal is pending..the dealers know this I think and are flying through them used..especially Gen III's
