My wife always liked the look of black solar roof on a special package, but she always wanted to have those 17" wheels that come with loaded package. Here I want to post some pictures how I kept my wife happy. I installed black roof vinyl and it look amazing and sharp. This Black roof overlay is specially made to be in sun exposure and UV safe. It has air release bubble free technology. Installing it is very easy and does not trap bubbles inside. It has protective layer on it , that protects from scratches during installation.
Before I put glossy black Prius roof overlay I had the roof covered with black carbon fiber wrap vinyl. When I have received black glossy vinyl for roof, my wifey decided that she would like glossy black roof better. I redid it, Got some points, no need to buy flowers for next 3 months at least. this is brand from texfactory in china. $2 per sq ft. Prius hood is pretty small, I have not measured mine probably 20 sq ft is plenty.
