If I go online and get a printout of the exact Prius I want, what are the chances that I will get that price that prius.com gives me? Is this possible?
Probably pretty close. Most dealers should still be selling at MSRP, they may have a few add-ons for paperwork and such and will probably insist on floor mats, they'll press you to get other accessories too. But still, you should get very close to the online price.
Take the print out with you and if the dealer wants to charge you more show it to him, then he will have to try to B.S. you and you can say "no thank you" and go somewhere else. As mentioned by Evan there will be some add-ons but they shouldn't be much. The carpeted floor mats are less than $200 (I think) and they are nice mats and you may want them anyway. Just don't let them sell you a bunch of other stuff such as "protection packages", undercoating, maintenance agreements, etc. If you want an extended warranty, I don't but them ever, get it here for less than any dealer will sell it to you.
...Or see if the dealer will match the pricing here. They'll still make a bit of profit off of it. Better than nothing for them!
