Okay. I have an iphone 4 and finally upgraded to IOS6. However, ECO Dashboard still crashes while trying to load Dashboard. I have an iphone 4 and the original ipad and both crashes at the same spot when I try starting ECO Dashboard. Charge management and remote climate works just fine. I was thinking that maybe it is an IOS5/6 issue but I just upgraded to IOS6 and dashboard crashes just the same. I tried re-booting the iphone/ipad but nothing changed; dashboard crashes while loading. I know some of you have Dashboard working but is anyone using entune/dashboard with an iphone 4 or original ipad?
Delete the Entune application from your iPhone 4. Go back to the App Store and re-install the Entune application. That should fix your issue.
Nope. I tried that again a third time on my iphone and entune/ecodashboard still crashes. Do you have a 4s?
Bummer! We have a 4S and a 5, both with ios 6, and they have been working fine. I did have to delete the applications from both phones and then re-install them to get them to work though.
