    Thank you folks for great wealth of information.
    I was able to find answers to a lot of questions through Priuschat, and helped me make my decision.

    Purchased Wednesday night, took delivery today.
    Have mini business trip tomorrow from NY to CT, going to enjoy it.

    Congrats. And your first trip will be a reasonably short one so you'll only need the 125 mile long extension cord. :)

    Order up a Blink and a ChargePoint card, so you can use public chargers.

    Thank you all, trip was good.
    Had to go slow on highway + service road for break in purposes.
    I noticed my so called dedicated line from the house takes about 3.2hr to charge from empty. rate is 1.0kwh
    Time to call the expert.
