The dealer programed our Blue Tooth phone, and it worked fine until yesterday, and for some reason we lost all our contacks, and the car BT phone does not work now. Anyone have an idea why we lost it all?
If you lost the contacts in your phone, then it is probably the phone that took a dump on you rather than the car. What kind of phone are you using? Have you had problems with it in the past? I've been using Toyota BT systems since '06 and haven't had any issues with the car losing BT memory.
It may be the phone as it's an old one. I am going back to the dealer and have them put the numbers back in.
Friday We took the car back to the dealer, and the guy in the service dept. found that our phone had locked up, and had too be turned off, and back on then it was able too upload the information again, and it worked this time so it was our phone that caused the problem. Thanks for the help.
