I posted these a while back in response to someone's question about striping; but thought I'd throw up a new thread to get some feedback. I got my Prius used, so didn't have a choice on color. Ended up with silver, and with all due respect to the apparently majority of Americans who like this color, it's not my favorite. To change it up a little, I visited my friend who teaches auto body at the local vo-tech. We picked out a color of 3M pin stripe that matched fairly well, and he and the kids installed it. Followed the window line down each side, then over the tail lights and across the back of the spoiler. Not sure if I'll keep the spoiler stripe.
I have a 2007 pkg 3, silver pine that I bought used and it has a stripe something like yours only it goes down the side almost mid-door. I have gotten many compliments from other Prius owners saying that it really adds that extra touch
