Thought I should begin my posting with a little intro. Names Drew, I bought my Prius about a month ago and love the car. It was a big change for me coming from a modded 2005 300c Hemi and 12MPG lol. Anyways, I work at a local car audio shop doing sales and installation. This is just the beginning for my Prius. Right now I have it on Momo wheels, tein springs. I ordered the new INA-Z928HD from Alpine last week and expect to be seeing it this coming week. I pretty much had to put this radio in the car since Alpine produced the perfect fit kit for the Prius. If enough people are interested I will start a build thread of the Audio that is going into the Prius. Here is my car as it sits right now.
Did you buy the car new? Tell me about the new sound system you're installing. I own a 2010 4 with a JBL system. What I was planning on, is to add b-quet, or husmat to the floor, under the carpet, to make the interoir a little quieter, but I hadn't thought about changing the audio system.

I will be replacing the radio this week with the new 8inch Alpine navigation unit. I already have 2 12" Rockford T1's in the trunk with a Rockford 1500bdcp amplifier powering them. I will be going to just one of the t1 12's. Having two of them in this car is just a bit much. I will be replacing all the speakers in the car with Helix hifi component speakers up front and coax speakers in the rear. I will be powering them with Helix hifi amps.
