Noisy right here in Rancho Cordova at the office near Mather Field... I love to fly... and watch... this weekend is full for me though, so I won't get a chance to get away and sit to watch the show.

My dad was ground crew in the RAF and we live on or close to the base a lot so I got used to plane noise. But I'd go to secondary schools off base and I remember how other people's heads would swivel when a plane flew over the school. It was all just meh to me, but, boy, some of those air shows could really attract crowds. The Finningley Air Show was the biggest single-day event in the country.
