I wanted a Summer Rain on Prius c 2. My dealer is saying he can get a Prius c 1, and add cruise on it. Is that a correct statement? I feel odd about that - somehow does not feel right. Any help is appreciated.
If you want a 2- I would tell your dealer that you will contact other dealers to look for a 2. I bet he would then be able to come up with one for you. I can't remember all the differences between them but I would hold out for an actual 2. Where are you located?
+1 - hold out for a 2. I was offered a 1 but felt it was a little too "basic". The 2 seemed just right - especially since we don't have Entune (last time I checked) in Hawaii and I don't like holes in my roof. YMMV
Thanks folks! That's the way I am going with this. I am holding up for a 2. I have zeroed in on a Prius c 2. I'm compromising on my first pref (Summer Rain) for my second pref (Blue Streak). I am in Raleigh, NC
I just finalized the deal! A proud owner of a Blue Streak Prius c Two. I'll take the delivery on this Friday
Blue Streak was one of my secondary choices but I held out for the SRM cause my wife's 2007 Fit is an almost identical blue - if her car were any other color I probably would have gone with the Blue Streak. But I had to wait about 2.5 months to get my car. Edited to add: Congratulations!! We're waiting for the pictures.
Great. I almost bought one of those. The dealer let 300 dollars of options stop the deal so we went to next dealer and got the silver one. Keep us posted. Dan
Congrats, You'll also get more money in the very long future when you decide to sell it. A C2 is going to be worth more than a C1.

Thanks for posting those photos. We are about to purchase & since we can't really decide between super white or blue streak, we're leaving up to what's available sooner. It's hard to tell what the blue streak looks like in real life (vs. in marketing shots) so your real life photos are very helpful.
