Well thanks to THREE60GUY telling to call dealerships in Milwaukee I'm now the PROUD new owner of a 2006 Black Prius Package #7! (It's sitting in my driveway right now! B) ) The ONLY think it didn't have in it that I wanted was the Charcoal seats. It has Oak seats. I was alittle bummed about that BUT plan to add seat cushions to it anyone. So that should help getting the color I want with seat cushions right? I bought the car with 5 miles on it and already have 160 miles on it driving it back from Milwaukee. YEAH!!!! I GOT MY PRIUS!!! I LOVE the navigation system! My daughter is SO jealous of my navigation system and now wants one for her car. (NO way cause she needs to pay attention to the road!) So I'm going to have some questions now PS After driving 155 miles I only lost 2 squares (blocks) on my gas gage!

You and me, baby. Back in April I wanted a Black #1 with gray interior. Ended up with an ivory interior. But I didn't have to wait....I went, test drove and then bought it and drove home. Not to worry....my NEXT Prius will have a gray interior. I usually wait 10 years to replace my cars but I might make an exception depending on the next redesign. I'm thinking it should be the 2008 or 2009 model year. If there are some significant improvements I may trade my current Prius in "early". BTW my foodsaver hasn't arrived yet but I've thought of a use for it. Could I seal my clay bar so it doesn't dry out? Wouldn't the foodsaver work better than a ziploc bag? If you don't know what a clay bar is you will soon. My guess is you'll want to learn to detail your new most favorite toy like the rest of us. I use Meguiar's but a lot here use Zaino. Just do some searching and you'll find it.
Godiva, So your your FoodSaver is on it's way? Wow your going to LOVE it when it comes! I'm not sure if the FoodSaver will work for you Clay bar? Does it dry out in a ziploc bag? You don't want it to dry out? Is this clay bar something you wax your car with? (Yeah I gotta research it!) The reason I jumped on my car without my perferct interior is that I figured I was going to add seat cushions to it anyway.Being so I guess it doesn't matter what color the interior was or even if it was leather interior. I didn't worry about getting leather seats since I figured I would be adding seat cushions anyone so why pay the extra for leather. Galzxia gave me a website where I can buy seat covers from. I would rather do that then have to worry about waiting for my Prius or wanting to upgrade later on. It's weird though at night when it's dark my seats look gray. Let me know when you get your FoodSaver and what you think about it once you use it! I just love mine! OMG I can't believe I already got my Prius!!

Hey Tracy S Beans, Congrats on your new aquisition. I bought my 2001 Honda Odyssey in Mwakee when they were hard to get. Local dealers were backlogged 4 months. Mwakee dealer got "exactly" what I wanted in 2 weeks. So good deal. Don't know why the Mwakee option didn't occur to me (as it did to 360 Guy) :huh: ! Enjoy. The Prius is FUN to own and drive.
