So last night I get a call from my parents saying they are at the Toyota dealer in my home town. I am currently living 2 hours away with my girlfriend. Right now I drive a 2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab that gets a measely 13/17 MPG. I have been wanting this little car ever since I saw it parked outside of the library at school one day... well turns out, that call last night was the best news I had heard in a long time! Tonight after work I will be heading over and trading cars with my dad for a new Black Prius C Four! I got the black softex interior inside as well. Yes, I know it will be hot, but I had always dreamt about having a black car so here goes nothing! I have been reading everyone's posts on here for quite some time and am excited to join everyone! Will be posting pictures and mpg's soon!

Thanks guys! I absolutely love it. Drove about 150 miles last night and the gas gauge didn't even move... I was shocked! I recently graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics and Sociology, and a minor in Exercise and Health Science.

Definitely... I am lucky to have found a job just a month after graduating. Just getting the job was enough good news for me, then this new car was the icing on the cake! Very, very grateful. It also helped that Toyota was having a graduation discount where we saved $1000 off of the car too
