I have had my 2012 Three, not III as roman numerals were used for model year 2010, for two weeks now, and I can't seem to keep my phone book loaded. I am using a Motorola Droid RAZR smartphone, which pairs up beautifully with the car, but when I tr to make a call, it says the phone book is empty. I have tried refreshing the phone book (while stationary) and it tells me it is refreshed, but when I try to make a call - the car tells me the phone book is empty. I'm getting pretty frustrated... what am I doing wrong?
I have an Android as well and don't have this problem. Try going into bluetooth on the car and deleting the phone. Delete the pairing on the phone as well. Where are your contacts? Phone, google, etc? That may be something to check. All mine are on Google. Reboot the phone, turn off and restart the car. Set the phone up again and see if that fixes it.
Thanks, bielinsk! I have a new Droid (jumped I-Phone ship) and couldn't get my contacts to load up either, so moved my contacts to Google and it worked like a charm! Yay!
I have the same problem. I bought the Droid Razr Maxx as it was compatible with Entune but my contacts will not copy over. What do you mean by moving contacts to Google? How is that done?

What OS are you running? I've seen several posts where people had a lot of issues with that phone fixed after updating to 4.0.
