It's official....I'm a Prius owner!!!!!

    Toyota came out with special long term financing today so I dropped by my dealer to check one out. I've been looking at the Prius Four with solar sun roof but they only had silver as a color. However, they had a couple Threes with solar sun roof and one in red.

    Did some back and forth with the dealer and ended up driving off with a Red Prius Three with solar sun roof with extra tinted windows for $100 over invoice ($26,725 + tax, etc). 2.9% financing for 5 yrs. They had a girl sit in car and go over everything, including registering me for Entune and setting up the bluetooth, etc.

    Only got one quick shot with the cell phone but here she is:

    You'll love it. I took delivery of my second Prius 2 days ago. Gotta sell the first one soon and will be sorry to see it go.

    I pick up my Red Three Monday. My wife fell in love with the car and color and I have to admit that shade of Red looks really sharp on the car. I got a $1300 discount and 2.25% for 6 years which may not be the best deal but seemed fair to me.

    You got one hell of a deal. Normally have to pay $30k alone just to own a girl, and you got them to throw one in with your Prius!!!

    Damn. I didn't even know those were covers....I thought that was the wheel. Shows how much attention I paid to the tires. Thanks for the tip!!

    Sorry, didn't mean to "dis" the silver :oops: It's not a bad color at all, it just that when I was a kid, the only color car my my dad would buy was silver. Over the years he has bought 7 new cars, and as he's gotten older I've gone with him to help him.....but he still won't buy anything but silver. Guess I grew up never wanting a silver car.....
